Current digital maturity baseline

International-chain hotels run full stacks (PMS, channel manager, RMS, CRM, loyalty). Local accommodation and small operators sit across the spectrum: some depend 90% on OTAs (Booking, Airbnb), others have invested in direct booking, direct marketing, and active Google Business Profile management. Tour operators (jeep tours, canyoning, boat) are historically less digitalised — legacy of counter sales and reseller dependency.
